Upper gym /lower gym

Doing IF, so keeping weight around 193lb... started taking creatine. Today I woke up 191. My routine is eat oatmeal/walnut/honey/6-7 chocolate chips in there. Then I sometimes won’t eat again until dinner. If I do eat, it will be a sandwich or just a small snack under 200 cal. I’m eating whatever I want for now, maybe I’ll go keto again.. I’m debating it. I do gotta say I feel fkn awesome when on keto. I sleep better as well .

193lb and injury

The best way I can describe the pain is; the inside is sore/tight and the outside feels as if I got extremely sunburned.
As far as programming, I deviated from fcc for the moment to learn php/MySQL along with a little more Ajax. This goes along with what I want to accomplish on a big personal project, which requires a relational databas with lots of query’s.
Haven’t played any poker because it’s already hard to get the free time to study programmin.
If I were the split the free time into both programming & poker , then I would be doing both poorly, so instead I have to choose one at the moment.
Changes will happen soon so that I’ll have more free hours in the day to do both.

194.5 & Injury?

My right obliques are super sensitive. In fact whenever my shirt brushes against it , it hurts ... wtf I don’t remember running into anything. Intact it has gotten a bit worse where now it hurts down to my right upper leg.

Weight 194lb, creatine

So since I’ve been off keto , I’ve decided to take creatine up until the end of the year.
I can’t get this autocomplete portion on the wiki search figured out, and I can’t seem to find any tutorials on this part to help me out, I may skip this portion and come back to it later with a different mindset.

Gym

I consistently hit the gym,but have been inconsistent with my diet. I have mitigated potential 10k calorie days by IF and keeping my eating window 12-8pm. I have not started jogging,I really have to step it up.
Coding
I haven’t had much free time lately just due to normal life variance. I am working on the Wiki project at fcc. About 90% done, just need to implement autocomplete and a few aesthetic touches.

New Goal

I’m a competitor...whether it be games , sports , throwing a quarter against the wall, it doesn’t matter. It’s time to set a goal, not just weight loss, as it’s not enough motivation for me anymore.
I am going to set a date to run a half-marathon. My goal? To run a half -marathon under 1hour 38min. That’s a 7:30/min per mile pace. I will have 6 months to train. Day 1 starts today.

I did upper body gym yesterday. Also I’m done with the core of freeCodeCamp’s intermediate front-end project “Show the local weather.”
Now I just need to style it to make it look aesthetically pleasing.
