Upper gym /lower gym
Doing IF, so keeping weight around 193lb... started taking creatine. Today I woke up 191. My routine is eat oatmeal/walnut/honey/6-7 chocolate chips in there.
Then I sometimes won’t eat again until dinner. If I do eat, it will be a sandwich or just a small snack under 200 cal.
I’m eating whatever I want for now, maybe I’ll go keto again.. I’m debating it. I do gotta say I feel fkn awesome when on keto. I sleep better as well .
