New Goal

I’m a competitor...whether it be games , sports , throwing a quarter against the wall, it doesn’t matter. It’s time to set a goal, not just weight loss, as it’s not enough motivation for me anymore.
I am going to set a date to run a half-marathon. My goal? To run a half -marathon under 1hour 38min. That’s a 7:30/min per mile pace. I will have 6 months to train. Day 1 starts today.

I did upper body gym yesterday. Also I’m done with the core of freeCodeCamp’s intermediate front-end project “Show the local weather.”
Now I just need to style it to make it look aesthetically pleasing.

Christmas cookies..

So I bought these sugar cookies, come in a big can, total amount of calories is 12,000. Each small cookie is approx 40cal. I ate about 20 of them in 5 min while thinking of what to eat. I have binge issues... I have not been able to get back on track. Today (Friday) I will fast until 12 , possibly until 5pm dinner time, I haven’t decided. All this junk food has messed with my life. I’m more moody, tired, and have not put much time into studying code. I see now how much my diet actually effects every part of my life. It’s time to change for good..

Lower body gym

I haven’t been able to get back in my flow since cheat day(turned week). I ended up eating keto for 4 days , then now I’m eating whatever. I’m trying not to over-eat by at least doing intermittent fasting and not eating until 12, then not eating until dinner, where I’m eating whatever + snacks.

Did I did upper body gym... was really tired, so it was a meh workout. I’ve just about finished the Random quote project on freeCodeCamp, I just need to add the twitter button.

Monday& Tuesday

I did upperbody gym on Monday, and lowerbody gym today (Tuesday). I plan to : Wednesday : Jog 4miles Thursday : Jog 4miles Friday : Jog 4 miles Saturday: Rest Sunday : Jog 6miles As far as programming, I am progressing, trying to build simple programs via javascript. My Side project I am going to start building a "Goals App"....something that I can track my own personal goals with. I want to have it stored online, with username/pass etc. This way I can learn about databases/javascript more in depth. My goal is to have this done by October 31st.

Upper gym /lower gym
