Lower body gym

I haven’t been able to get back in my flow since cheat day(turned week). I ended up eating keto for 4 days , then now I’m eating whatever. I’m trying not to over-eat by at least doing intermittent fasting and not eating until 12, then not eating until dinner, where I’m eating whatever + snacks.
